Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or engaging our revenue cycle management services.

Last updated: October 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using gracercmsolution.com or engaging Grace RCM Solutions for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services. If you are engaging us on behalf of a practice or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. Our Services

Grace RCM Solutions provides revenue cycle management services, which may include:

  • Medical billing and claims submission
  • Medical coding support
  • Denial resolution and appeals
  • Benefits verification and eligibility checks
  • Payer enrollment and credentialing
  • Compliance and regulatory support

The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each client are set out in a separate written service agreement.

3. Business Associate Agreement

Before we access any Protected Health Information (PHI), the client and Grace RCM must sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) that meets HIPAA requirements. If these Terms conflict with the BAA regarding PHI, the BAA controls.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are described in your service agreement. Unless the agreement says otherwise, invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest or suspension of services as permitted by law and the agreement. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Client Responsibilities

To help us perform our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation
  • Ensure that clinical documentation supports the services billed
  • Maintain active payer contracts, licenses, and credentials
  • Respond promptly to our requests for information
  • Remain solely responsible for the clinical care you provide

6. Compliance and No Guarantee of Results

We follow applicable billing, coding, and payer guidelines. Final responsibility for the accuracy of services billed and for compliance with laws remains with the provider. Reimbursement depends on payers, documentation, and other factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee any specific collection amount, approval, or outcome.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only to perform or receive the services, except where disclosure is required by law. This obligation continues after the relationship ends.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, reports, processes, tools, and materials created by Grace RCM remain our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your internal business purposes during and after the engagement, unless your service agreement states otherwise.

9. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse this website. This includes attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, scraping content without permission, submitting false information, or submitting PHI through public forms.

10. Term and Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use this website or receive our services. Either party may end the services under the notice terms in the service agreement. On termination, we will return or securely handle client data as required by the BAA and applicable law, and you will pay all fees for services performed up to the termination date.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace RCM Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the fees paid to us for the services in the three (3) months before the claim arose, unless your service agreement states otherwise.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grace RCM Solutions and its team from claims, damages, and expenses arising from inaccurate information you provide, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State / Country], without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [County, State].

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
